Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
1 C. water
3 eggs
1/3 C. + 1 T. oil
1 C. sour cream
juice of 1 lemon (didn't have any rind left)
1/3 + vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 375 degrees on convect
Mix, and fill paper cupcake liners 2./3 full.
Convect at 375 degrees for 15 mins.
